THROWS
With size 8 needle, using MC, cast on 126 sts. Work even in Garter St until piece measures 56" from beg. Bind off all sts.
FRINGE (For Throws 12, 13 and 16))
Cut 1 strand each of MC and CC. Put strands tog and fold in half. With crochet hook, draw center of strands through first st of cast-edge edge of throw, forming a lp. Pull ends of fringe through this lp. In this manner, make fringe across entire cast-on and bound-off edges of throw. Trim fringe to even off, if necessary. Steam throw lightly.

TASSELS (For Throws 14 and 15)
Make 4. Cut 40 16" long strands each of MC and CC. Lay all strands flat, mixing yarns tog. Cut a 10" long strand of CC and tie tightly at center point of other strands. Cut a 20" long strand of CC. Fold strands of tassel in half over tied strand of CC, bringing all cut ends tog. 1" down from top, wrap 20" strand of CC around tassel tightly. Knot, letting ends fall in with tassel ends. Trim ends to even. Fasten 1 tassel securely at each corner of throw. Steam throw lightly.
