in Deja Vu. This huge rectangle is slit halfway up the center for a great "wrap-and-go" look.

 

One Size Fits All

 

FINISHED SIZE
53" wide x 62" long.

NOTE
This garment is made all in one piece.

MATERIALS
BERROCO DÉJÀ VU (50 grs), 28 balls #9634 Black.
29" length circular knitting needle, size 8 OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE.

GAUGE
7 sts = 2"; 5 rows = 1" in St st.
TO SAVE TIME, TAKE TIME TO CHECK GAUGE.

NOTE
To avoid unwanted patterning when working with Deja Vu, we recommend using two balls alternately, working two rows with each ball.

BACK
With circular needle, cast on 186 sts. Knit 6 rows. Keeping 3 sts each side in Garter St, work remaining sts in St st until piece measures 31" from beg, end on WS.

FRONT
Shape Neck: K88 sts, join another ball of yarn and bind off center 10 sts, k to end.
Note: From this point on, keep 3 sts at each front edge in Garter St as well as 3 sts at each side. Neck decs on right front are worked as k2 tog, k3. Neck decs on left front are worked as k3, k2 tog.
Working both sides at once, dec 1 st at each neck edge as in note every RS row 3 times – 85 sts each side. Work even until entire piece measures 62" from beg, end on WS. Bind off all sts.

FINISHING
Steam piece lightly.
