1 Hank BERROCO ULTRA ALPACA FINE (100 grs), #1284 Prune Mix

Straight knitting needles, size 7 OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE

GAUGE

24 sts = 4” in Pat St

TO SAVE TIME, TAKE TIME TO CHECK GAUGE

Note:  Gauge was taken after steaming with a hot steam iron and pressing cloth.

NOTE

When slipping the first 3 sts of a row, pull yarn up tightly as you work the next st to prevent long loops at edge.

SCARF

With straight needles, cast on 43 sts.  Work even in Pat St for approximately 64”, end on WS with either Row 10 or Row 20.  Bind off.  Steam well with hot steam iron and a pressing cloth to fully expand lace.
