FINISHED MEASUREMENTS

Approximately 1 1/2” wide x 24” long (or desired length)

 

MATERIALS

1 Hank each BERROCO LINEN JEANS (50 grs), #7403 Unbleached Muslin (A) and #7432 Ganache (B)

Crochet hook, size 5.00 mm (H)

 

NOTE

There are no gauge requirements for this project

 

HEADBAND

With crochet hook, using A, make a chain the desired length of headband, working a multiple of 4 ch’s + 3.

Row 1: With A, dc in 3rd ch from hook and in each ch across.  Turn.

Row 2:  Change to B.  Ch 4, skip 3 dc’s, sc in next dc, * ch 3, skip 3 dc’s, sc in next dc, rep from * across.  Turn.

Row 3:  Change to A.  Ch 3 (counts as 1 dc), 3 dc’s in first ch-3 space, * 4 dc’s in next ch-3 space, rep from * across.  Fasten off.

Edging:  With crochet hook, join B in any corner of headband with a sl st.  Work in sc around entire edge of headband, join with a sl st in first sc.  Fasten off.
