29” length circular knitting needle, size 10 1/2 OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE.

GAUGE
16 sts = 4”; 24 rows = 4” in St st.
TO SAVE TIME, TAKE TIME TO CHECK GAUGE.

BLANKET
With circular needle, cast on 120 sts. DO NOT join. Working back and forth, knit 4 rows. Keeping 3 sts at each side in Garter St and remaining sts in St st, work even until piece measures 35” from beg, end on WS. Knit 4 rows. Bind off all sts.
