SIZE
Approximately 10 1/4" wide x 60" long.

BERROCO CHINCHILLA (50 grs), 1 ball #5535 Fawn (A).
BERROCO ZEN COLORS (50 grs), 1 hank # 8115 Tokyo Rose (B).
BERROCO OPTIK (50 grs), 1 hank #4951 Monsoon (C).
BERROCO QUEST (50 grs), 1 hank #9812 Polished Copper (D).
Straight knitting needles, sizes 9 and 11 OR SIZE TO OBAIN GAUGE.

GAUGE
15 sts = 4" in Pat St with needles as directed.
TO SAVE TIME, TAKE TIME TO CHECK GAUGE.

NOTE
Due to the difference in gauge from one yarn to another, it is necessary to change needle size as you change yarn. When working with Chinchilla (A), please use smaller (size 9) needles. When working with all other yarns, please use larger (size 11) needles.

PATTERN STITCH (Multiple of 18)
Row 1 (RS): Knit.
Row 2: Purl.
Row 3: * (K2 tog) 3 times, (yo, k1) 6 times, (k2 tog) 3 times, rep from * once more.
Row 4: Knit.
Rep these 4 rows for Pat St.

STRIPE SEQUENCE
Working 8 rows with each color, work as follows: A, B, C, D. Rep these 32 rows for Stripe Sequence.

SCARF
With smaller needles, using A, cast on 36 sts. Work even in Pat St, following Stripe Sequence. Be sure to change needle size as directed in note. When piece measures approximately 60" from beg, end with 8th row of A. Bind off all sts.
