Today
we will take a look at
Runway™ and
a Web Gallery tour of Book
#238, Accessorize.
 Runway is
a fascinating yarn that's a fusion of rustic whimsy and uberbling. A multi
colored, cottony vrille and playful, space dyed nylon paper flags are
twisted with a strand of buttery soft metallic flags in either gold or
silver. Make a jewelry-like scarf in simple garter stitch on big needles
like our Ravelle and Marta scarves.
Or, use it as trim, as we did in our Feltie purse and for the shawl/yoke
of our Bard sweater.
Go ultra glam and knit an entire garment as shown here in Edgie, a sleeveless disco top.

Our
accessories book #238 has 38 unique and very make-able knitted
and crocheted items for you and your pooch. Knit a stylish polo shirt,
Smoochy, for your pup, and a matching newsboy cap, Capshaw, for yourself
in an urban brick shade of Air™.
Crocheters can choose from Footzie, Sookie, Norah, Baggie and Francoise.

Gallery.
 Today's
Free Patterns are fun projects that feature Runway and Bling
Bling. The first is a striped handbag, Fancy Bag,
done in alternating single strands of Runway and Bling
Bling™. We drew
several strands of Runway through some plastic aquarium tubing to create
handles that are both decorative and hip. They are also an inexpensive
alternative to purchased handles.
Our Bling Bling Bear is dressed up with
rhinestone eyes and nose. If you decide to make this glamorous bear for
a child, we suggest embroidering eyes and nose with yarn or thread.

you printed out the instructions

you will want to also
print out this correction.
All Berroco Bear patterns
