1. How to Enter: To become eligible to "Win A Free Sweater Kit", you must enter your e-mail address in our e-newsletter KnitBits® Subscription Form found at the top of this page. In addition to receiving Berroco KnitBits® free e-newsletter each week, your membership to KnitBits® will also serve as your official entry form for Berroco’s "Win A Free Sweater Kit". Please note that you can only submit your e-mail once as a subscriber to KnitBits® All existing KnitBits® subscribers are automatically eligible. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited by law. No entries will be accepted via postal mail or by phone. Any member of KnitBits® may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribed members to KnitBits® will no longer be eligible to win. 2. Random Drawing: Beginning June 1, 2008, one winner will be chosen every two weeks in conjunction with each standard issue of KnitBits®. Winners will be selected at random from current KnitBits® e-mail subscribers prior to each drawing date. Winners will be notified via e-mail. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of current KnitBits® subscribers prior to each drawing date. Promotion will end December 31, 2008. 3. Prizes: Winners may select one (1) free sweater kit from any one of Berroco’s newest designs as featured in pattern booklets.
Winners may browse these designs at Berroco’s web site www.berroco.com. After winners have notified Berroco of their sweater kit choice via email, Berroco will ship via UPS ground service a sweater kit consisting of:
4. General Rules: Winners must be either US or Canadian residents. Employees of Berroco, Inc., its prize suppliers or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies or members of such employee's immediate families are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Each time a winner is selected, Berroco Inc. will contact winner via e-mail. Berroco Inc. shall use the e-mail address that was provided to it via the KnitBits® subscriber form and shall not be responsible for any changes of such addresses and has no duty to confirm the accuracy of such information before sending its e-mail notification to the winner. Invalid e-mail address or undeliverable e-mail address will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. Two attempts will be made via e-mail to contact winners. If contact is not made after two attempts, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected. By participating in Berroco’s "Win A Free Sweater Kit", participates agree to indemnify and release Berroco, Inc. and its affiliates, partners, members, agencies, agents and representatives and the officers and employees of each from any and all liability for any claims, charges, injuries, losses or damages of any kind whatsoever caused by, resulting from or arising out of participant’s entry, any prize or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.
