How to work the Centered Double Decrease (CDD)

The centered-double decrease (CDD) is a common knitting stitch that decreases two stitches at once in a centered (upright, as opposed to leaning left or right) way. It's used a lot in the back lace panel of the Marsh and Mallow patterns, so here's a video demonstrating how to work it in the pattern.
