Optional:  For flowers, with crochet hook and sock yarn, make a chain any length you would like.  The longer the chain, the bigger the flower.

Row 1:  Sc in 2nd ch from hook, skip 1 ch, * work 5 dc’s in next ch, skip 1 ch, sc in next ch, rep from * across.  Fasten off.  Coil piece from center outwards into flower shape and sew base chain tog.  Sew multiple beads to center as shown in photo.  Make several different sizes of flowers, then sew to sweater fronts as shown.  Note:  Due to the variation in color on the sock yarn, each flower will look slightly different.
