Approximately 10” wide x 55” long

Note:  Measurements given are after blocking.  Scarf must be blocked to see the full effect of the pattern stitch.


Materials

2 Hanks Berroco Ultra Alpaca Fine (100 grs), #1275 Pea Soup Mix

Straight knitting needles, size 7 (4.50 mm) OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE

Cable needle (cn)


Gauge

27 sts = 4”;  30 rows = 4” in Cable Pat (See note above)

TO SAVE TIME, TAKE TIME TO CHECK GAUGE


Scarf

With straight needles, cast on 68 sts.  Keeping 2 sts at each edge in Garter St and following chart over remaining sts, work even until piece measures 55” from beg, end on WS.  Bind off.  Block to finished measurements.
