When changing colors, always hold color to the left and pick up new color from underneath. This twists yarn so there are no holes.
When working chart, always carry yarn not in use LOOSELY across back of work. Where yarn must be carried across more than 3 sts, twist colors to avoid long loops.
With smaller straight needles, using A, cast on 102(110-122-130-142) sts.
Ribbing: Row 1 (RS): K2, * p2, k2, rep from * across.
Row 2: P2, * k2, p2, rep from * across. Change to B and rep Rows 1 and 2 once more. Rep these 4 rows twice more, then change to A and rep Row 1 once more, end on RS. Change to larger needles and p the next row, dec 12(10-12-10-12) sts evenly spaced across – 90(100-110-120-130) sts. Shape Armholes: Bind off 6(6-7-8-9) sts at beg of the next 2 rows – 78(88-96-104-112) sts. Dec 1 st each side every RS row 9(11-13-14-16) times – 60(66-70-76-80) sts. Work even until armholes measure 8 1/2(9-9-9 1/2-10)”, end on WS.

AT THE SAME TIME, dec 1 st at each neck edge every RS row 15(14-14-13-12) times, then every other RS row 4(5-5-6-7) times. When all decs have been completed, work even on 10(13-15-18-20) sts each side until armholes measure 8 1/2(9-9-9 1/2-10)”, end on WS.
